$140/hr (Plus applicable equipment rental, travel, and laboratory fees)

Certified professionals conduct in-depth safety assessments, surveys, and data collection to evaluate potential occupational and environmental hazards affecting workers, clients, building occupants, or households. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Asbestos

  • Lead-Based Paint (LBP)

  • Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)

  • Radon

  • Noise

  • Thermal Stress

  • Radiation

  • Non-Ionizing Radiation

  • PPE Identification

  • Other specialized industrial hygiene and environmental assessments

Following the assessment, IH Solutions can provide a detailed report or study documenting findings, analytical results, and recommendations.

Insurance Documentation & Data Gathering for Water and Smoke Damage:

$140/hr (Plus applicable equipment rental, travel, and laboratory fees)

IH Solution provides comprehensive documentation and data gathering services to support insurance claims related to water and smoke damage. Our professionals conduct onsite assessments to document the extent of damage, affected building materials, moisture conditions, visible smoke or combustion residue, and other relevant site conditions. Findings may include photographs, moisture mapping, sampling, laboratory analysis, and detailed field documentation. The collected information is compiled into a clear report that can assist property owners, facility managers, contractors, and insurance representatives with understanding the scope of damage, developing remediation plans, and supporting the insurance claim process.

Management of Construction Services:

$140/hr (Plus applicable equipment rental, travel, subcontractors, and laboratory fees)

IH Solutions will provides full-service construction project management for remediation, abatement, remodeling, and renovation projects from project inception through completion. We coordinate and manage qualified subcontractors, oversee project activities, and provide a single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.IH Solutions can manage the project from “birth to grave,” including scheduling, contractor coordination, documentation, environmental and occupational sampling, regulatory requirements, and project closeout. Our goal is to streamline the process by keeping the project under one management team while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Certified Industrial Hygienist – Legal & Litigation Support:

$200/hr (Minimum of four hours)

A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) can provide technical expertise and professional support for legal, insurance, and litigation matters involving environmental and occupational health concerns. Services may include independent site assessments, exposure evaluations, regulatory compliance reviews, industrial hygiene sampling, review of laboratory data and technical reports, and documentation of hazardous conditions. A CIH may also assist attorneys, property owners, employers, and insurance professionals by interpreting technical findings, developing defensible opinions, preparing reports, and providing expert consultation or testimony when qualified and retained to do so. Common areas of support may include asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, chemical exposures, noise, respiratory protection, and other workplace or environmental health concerns.

Rates are based on Senior Industrial Hygienist (IH) consulting rates. More cost effective options are available, with Industrial Hygienist services starting at $100 per hour.
